It wasn’t long ago, I sat in the same offices where my customers sit today. I was frustrated with systems that were old, hard to use, that made reporting difficult, and that led to a myriad of problems for patients, staff, and the technologists responsible for delivering services. It was obvious to me that the systems I was using were designed by engineers that did not work in a hospital. I knew I could improve on these systems.
So I did. I took a chance and designed a workflow tool the way I’d love to use it, and the way I knew my colleagues would love to use it. Since then, my customers have supported Zenig’s growth. We are working together to improve the patient experience– designed from the ground up.
